Hey Manish, What about Zoundry? It has WYSIWYG, Full offline editing and Full Blog Import (depending on what you mean like this) and its Free (as in Beer)! So unless you add "and Costs over $100", you might have to remove that bogus claim. On the blogs, it doesn't matter if you have a million blogs as if the users or potiental users of your tool doesn't see them, how do they know if the tool is any good or that you use it!
